After a huge junkstorm occurs in the Hypersleep dimension, Two friends are sent into the portal where all the junk is coming from. Now the duo are trapped in the real world and need to find a way to get back home.
Hypersleep is Way's 2nd longest in development productions and their successful one. Like Build-it Bill and UnFrozen, this movie was thought up after seeing Big Hero 6 in the theaters. And much like the two movies, this was also made using computer programs such as Scratch, iMovie, Sketchbook Express, Photoshop, Cheetah3D, and more. This movie was also the first to have live-action sequences with animated characters in them, like this scene where Fluffy Tom and Pumpkin Bob are running from FBI guards:
The film was shot in many places around the Sarasota/Bradenton area, like the St. Armands Square, the Bradenton City Hall, and an old neighborhood which name we shall not giveth.
The movie is a spinoff to Big Hero 6, in which the characters from the Hypersleep dimension of the movie are now the stars of the show. ..erm, movie. In the Hypersleep, all the creations of Way (except for the one made before 2013) inhabit the dimension, such as walking, talking pumpkin pies, flying grey elephants, and other strange beings.
As we said before, this was Way's most successful productions, earning major praise from the very few people who have seen this.
